How do I import a recipe?
Tap the Import tab, paste a URL or share a link from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Pinterest. You can also take a photo of a recipe card or cookbook page.
How do I use voice commands while cooking?
During a cooking session, tap the microphone button and speak. You can say things like "next step", "set a 5 minute timer", or "what's in this step?"
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and select Sue to manage or cancel. You can also tap Manage Subscription in the app's Profile screen.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete account". All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
My recipe didn't import correctly. What do I do?
Some recipe pages have unusual formatting that can trip up the importer. Try importing the recipe again, or tap the edit icon on the recipe detail screen to fix any missing fields manually.
